Device Loaner Program Checkout Appointments

Please use this form to create a 15-minute appointment which is required before checking out equipment through the Device Loaner Program.

The University Library can accommodate up to three patrons for every 15-minute check out timeslot. You may select any of the three open timeslots below. At the time of your appointment, visit the Guest Services desk located on the Main Floor of the University Library to check out available devices.

Please note the Device Loaner Program is only available to currently enrolled CSUN students with a @my.csun.edu email address and valid CSUN ID.

*If you are a CSUN Student with staff or faculty employment on campus, you may not be able to create an appointment. Instead, you must visit the Guest Services desk in person so we can make the appointment for you.

Understand that devices are available on a first-come first-serve basis based on soonest appointment timeslots. Creating an appointment does NOT guarantee availability for your desired device.
