Creative Scanning Station (Creative Maker Studio) Capacity: 1

Description

The CMS Creative Scanning station is equipped with one high-end Windows Laptop, one EinScan-SE 3D Scanner, and one Epson V600 Photo/Film Scanner. Upon arriving to their reservation, students can choose which scanner they wish to use. Each scanner will have a step-by-step user guide that patrons should follow carefully in order to scan their items correctly. 

A CMS Student Assistant will be there to assist you if you need extra help, just ask!

Creative Scanner Station Policies:

• Students who wish to scan film can also check out a 35mm Negative Film Holder insert to use with the scanner. The insert is available for a 3-hour checkout from the CMS desk.

  • Note: If equipment is returned late, CMS multimedia checkout policies apply.

• CMS staff is not responsible for scanning flaws or dissatisfactory scans.

• The Library assumes no responsibility for failed scan jobs.

• The scanning station can only accommodate one student per reservation.
